Meet me! I am the leader, organizer, and founder of this workshop series: Take Action For Mental Health. I will be hosting each workshop as well as leading multiple physical health, mental health, goal-setting, and mindfulness workshops throughout the four weeks.
Ronee Cozza
Meet Ms. Cozza! She is my mentor, and is a licensed associate counselor (LAC). She has assisted with workshop brainstorming and problem solving. She will be leading our mental health workshops.
Jeannine Lavalle
Meet Ms. Lavalle! My mom and Girl Scout troop leader. She provides moral support and encouragement, feedback, different perspectives, and guidance on project sustainability.

Devon Hennel
Meet Devon! She is a yoga instructor and will be leading one of our physical health workshops and one of our mindfulness workshops. She has a strong educational background in restorative yoga and meditation and has a passion for mental health. She hopes to use what she has learned to help those who don’t have access to yoga or mental health resources. She will guide us in connecting our mind and body to find inner peace.
Sean Klein
Meet Sean! He is a Qigong instructor and will be leading one of our physical health workshops to help connect our minds and bodies. He has spent over twenty years researching and studying a variety of methods for inner-based self development.
Lisa Seda
Meet Lisa! She is a life coach and will be leading one of our mindfulness workshops. As a professionally trained and experienced life coach, she has the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and find a renewed sense of self. Through her individualized positivity approach, she is committed to providing you with accountability, understanding, and support as you work to attain your goals.
Bergen County Division of Mental Health
The Bergen County Division of Mental Health has donated green t-shirts and other items such as journals, stress balls, buttons, and stickers to help support my workshop series.
Gervonn Romney Rice
Meet Ms. Gervonn! She is my advisor, and serves as a councilwoman at the Teaneck Town Council. She has provided critical and essential communication with affiliate programs and other organizations.
